On Jan. 20, 2016, DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for delivery of JU2000E-23 Drilling Platform (Offshore Oil 943), where the representatives on behalf of COSL and DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. signed on the Delivery & Acceptance Protocol respectively. So far, DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. has got off its production to a flying start in 2016.
DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. has constructed Offshore Oil 941 and 942 drilling platforms successively for COSL on high quality, showing its superb total contracting capability and construction standard of offshore projects. The signing for delivery of JU2000E-23 drilling platform is another witness and mutual trust for further pleasant cooperation between the parties.
During the construction of JU2000E-23 project, DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. has encountered a variety of difficulties, such as short platform design period, part of major equipment schedule not conforming to construction demand and several platforms under synchronous construction. Fully carrying forward the team spirits of Unoin, Pragmaticism, Efficiency and Innovation, all the departments of DSIC Offshore Structure Co., Ltd., especially the project team have set up several new records in six major trials with meticulous organization and construction, such as launching 10 days after previous platform’s launching, completion of cantilever loading in a month, and whole platform rise-and-fall test, etc. During the execution of whole project, the project teams of both parties, always adhering to the purpose of One Team, One Goal and Concerted Effort, have overcome adverse influence of late arrival of drilling equipment and short commissioning period to build up a choice project until the signing for delivery has been achieved smoothly.
