DSIC Deputy Chief Engineer Guan Yinghua was elected deputy for the 19th National Congress of the CPC with 781 votes through election of the Liaoning Province Congress of the CPC Deputies on June 30.
Guan Yinghua acts as DSIC Deputy Chief Engineer now, with bachelor degree, senior engineer at a level of researcher, a deputy of Dalian 12th congress of the CPC, and a deputy of Liaoning Province 12th congress of the CPC, awarded with an honorary title of Liaoning Province Model Worker in 2012, and an honorary title of Liaoning Province Woman Federation in 2017.
