In addition, positive transformation of offshore engineering industry, has helped her grab new opportunity of development by having bagged five globally first built 85000m3 VLECs successfully.

Yu also stressed, subject to the influence of external market environment of shipbuilding industry, DSIC must strengthen technical innovation of the products, continually devote herself to developing high-tech and high-value added shiptypes, and conduct research and development on the globally prospective cutting-edge technologies and shiptypes of new-type green powers and energy saving and emission reduction so as to further boost core competency. Meanwhile, DSIC shall positively increase her application of intelligent equipment, fully set up modern shipbuilding pattern, and drive the enterprise development in a sustainable, stable and healthy way.
