DSIC GM Yu Fengping on Apr. 13 met with Mrs. Lundberg, Denmark Maersk Group Newbuilding Purchase Director, and her party on her visit, where the two parties have gone deep into discussion and communication on the existing international shipbuilding and shipping market terrain and further cooperation. Yu expressed his warm welcome for the visit of Mrs. Lundberg and her party, introducing the status of new orders contracted, product technical innovation, product mix restructuring and HR configuration, etc. Yu said, the existing market adjustment has a long-term course, in face of market austerity, DSIC has taken the initiative to follow up the developing trend of market and technology closely, keep expanding the management concept, enrich the product mix, and conduct active transformation on the offshore engineering industry, where 5 world first-built 85000cubic meters VLECs were inked successfully to acquire a new opportunity of development. As one of the most powerful shipping companies in the world, Maersk Group has had a good cooperation and profound friendship with DSIC. He wishes the two parties could further strengthen the communications, continually expand the depth and scope of cooperation so as to realize common development.
  
Mrs. Lundberg said, the purpose of her visit is to call on old friends, understanding the new idea and new strategy of DSIC. Meanwhile, she introduced the development of relevant industries in Maersk Group.
